Yes! Every nonprofit is different, and we’re happy to adjust the scope, timeline, or deliverables to better match your needs, goals, and budget. The packages are starting points — not rigid templates.

What if we don’t know which package we need?

No problem. That’s what the free discovery call is for. We’ll walk through what’s working, what’s not, and suggest the best fit (even if it’s a smaller step than you expected).

Are these packages only for larger nonprofits?

Not at all. We specialize in working with small to mid-sized organizations — especially those without internal tech or operations staff. Our services are intentionally sized to meet your capacity and team size.

Can we start with a smaller package and grow from there?

Absolutely. Many organizations begin with The Snapshot or The Tune-Up and move into a Growth or Partner engagement once they’ve built confidence and momentum.

What if we’re a smaller nonprofit with limited capacity?

Our pricing is scaled based on the size and stage of your organization. We understand that smaller teams or organizations in periods of transition may need added flexibility — and we’re happy to accommodate that wherever possible. If you’re unsure whether a package fits your current capacity, let’s talk — we’ll work together to find a solution that supports your goals and budget.

What’s the typical timeline for working together?

Most projects take between 3 and 10 weeks, depending on the package. Ongoing support through the Partner tier is month-to-month. We’ll always align with your pace, not rush your team

Can you help us secure funding for this work?

Yes — we regularly support organizations in securing funding to cover strategic or technology-related projects. This can include providing proposals, letters of support, outcome-focused language for grant applications, or aligning deliverables with funder priorities. If you’re applying for capacity-building, digital transformation, or innovation funding, we’re happy to assist.

What if our board or funder needs a proposal first?

We’re happy to provide a short proposal, summary, or quote you can bring to your board, funder, or leadership team. We want your stakeholders to feel confident too.

Do you work with existing tech vendors or internal IT staff?

Yes — collaboration is key. We can complement your internal team or liaise with external vendors to make sure everything aligns with your strategy and mission.
